2026 Biennial FMS Users' Conference
March 16-19, 2026
Grab your boots and overalls and join us "Down on the Farm" for our Biennial FMS Users' Conference. Whether you're a spring chicken or an old timer. We bet the farm our conference will make you sharp as a tack, all while having a little "pig in the mud" fun.
Join us for two days of FREE training on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 17th & 18th. Talk one-on-one with our software developers & trainers and network with other software users in a relaxed & fun atmosphere. Classes will begin on Tuesday, March 17th, at 8:30 AM EST.
We will have our attendee registration/check-in available on Monday, March 16th, from 3-6pm, and again on Tuesday, March 17th, at 7:30am.
Our General Session on Thursday, March 19th, will be packed fun; New Product Information, Entertainment, Raffles, and much more!
This year's conference will be held at the Myrtle Beach Resort and Spa at Grande Dunes by Marriott.

Our conference theme this year is "Down on the Farm". We will have a costume contest at our Wednesday night banquet (participation is fun but not required)

Please note: the cut-off date to take advantage of our group rate is March 2, 2026 - please use the link in your confirmation email to book your hotel accommodations.
Your conference confirmation and itinerary will be emailed to you once your registration is complete. This confirmation will also include a link to the resort that will allow you to reserve your hotel accommodations under our Southern Software group block. The link will allow you to take advantage of our special room rate of $159.00 per room per night plus state and local taxes and applicable hotel fees until March 2, 2026, only (this rate is for run-of-the-house rooms only). The cut-off date to book your room at the hotel using our group rate is March 2, 2026. After March 2nd, the link and group rate will no longer be available.
