2026 Annual Public Safety Users' Conference
 October 26th - 29th, 2026

Get Ready for Jaw-Dropping Insights, High-Flying Training Sessions, and Ring-Leading Experts Guiding The Way!

 Join us for two days of FREE training! Classes will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 27th & 28th, and will begin at 8:30 AM EST.  

30-minute round-table sessions are offered late Monday afternoon, October 26th, for the first 15 people to register per session.  These mini-sessions allow the group of 15 to chat one-on-one with the software developer and trainer (the mini-sessions are not training-style classes). 

Our Conference Finale and Farewell on Thursday, October 29th will be packed with New Product Releases, Entertainment, Raffles, and much more! 

This year's conference will be held at the Myrtle Beach Resort and Spa at Grande Dunes by Marriott.

Our conference theme this year is "Under The Big Top".  We will have a costume contest at our Wednesday night banquet (participation is fun but not required)

ONE REGISTRATION PER PERSON PLEASE/ONE EMAIL PER REGISTRATION/NO DUPLICATE EMAILS

 Your conference confirmation and itinerary will be emailed to you once your registration is complete.  This confirmation will also include a link to the resort that will allow you to reserve your hotel accommodations under our Southern Software group block.  The link will allow you to take advantage of our special room rate of $174.00 per room per night plus state and local taxes and applicable hotel fees until October 3rd, 2026 only (this rate is for run-of-the-house rooms only). The cut-off date to book your room at the hotel using our group rate is October 3rd, 2026.  After October 3rd, 2026, the link and group rate will no longer be available.
